We want Petoteco customers to understand exactly when a ZenBelly order can be returned.
Return requests should be started within 30 days of delivery. Email us before sending anything back so we can confirm the order and return condition.
Returns are accepted when the product is in a condition that does not affect resale, such as unopened packaging or packaging that remains clean and intact. We cannot accept returns that are heavily used, damaged, contaminated, or missing essential packaging.
Email hello@petotecolife.com with your order email, PayPal order ID, and reason for return. We will reply with next steps.
When a return is approved and received, refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Bank and PayPal processing times may vary.
